(Tip: Remember many babies fuss when they try something new. Try walking around and comforting your baby with your voice for 15 minutes to help your baby relaxes in a new environment.) EXCHANGES We except exchanges only on carriers in NEW condition in the original packaging. Your sales receipts must accompany your exchange. Your exchanges must be received by Walking Rock Farm within 30 days of the original ship date.

 

 

RETURNS Returned child carriers must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. Please contact info@walkingrockfarm.com for your Return Authorization (RA) number. Return Authorization numbers are void after 30 days. Return Authorization numbers are void after 30 days. All returns are subject to a $ 6.00 restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds/Credits are issued within 30 days after receipt of returned merchandise. Use merchandise or returns with an R.A. will be returned to sender.
