Try your sling on: Shoulder pad goes on your left shoulder. Adjust the
back side to bring the sling to chest level. Check positioning and
carefully remove baby to readjust the backslide.
SIT
Sit on a steady support. Lay carrier open on your lap. The shoulder
pad is close to your body.
LIFT
Lift your baby, supporting her head and back.
LAY
Baby laying left: Lay your baby into the cradle, starting with her lower body.
Baby laying right: Lay your baby into the cradle, starting with her lower body.
Position her head and neck so they are supported by the padded top, on your right knee.
HOLD
Support your baby's body and lift shoulder pad over your shoulder
and around your back.
EASY OUT
Sit on a steady support, fully support your baby with your hands. Lift shoulder pad back over your head.
Gently lift and guide your baby out.
